This role will be located at our Centennial, Colorado facility.

We are seeking a Senior Recruiter who will manage and support full life cycle recruitment for various exempt and non-exempt Manufacturing and Propulsion Engineering roles within Beehive Industries. 

 Responsibilities:

·        Source, identify and recruit qualified candidates through various networking channels and through-out social media 

·        Build a pipeline of candidates for very specific skill sets that are needed for critical roles

·        Manage candidates who apply on the applicant tracking system

·        Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.

·        Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers to facilitate the selection process.

·        Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, department heads, and other stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and preferences.

·        Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, including job description development, interview techniques and candidate evaluation

·        Enhance the organization’s brand by promoting its values, cultures, and career opportunities through various channels.

·        Represent Beehive Industries at job fairs, networking events, and industry conferences to expand talent pool.

·        Ensures that communication with candidates is reflective of Beehive Industries values and culture

Requirements:

·        5+ years of full life-cycle experience in an in-house recruitment role, 3 of those years in the aviation and aerospace industry.

·        Preferred experience in dynamic/fast paced, growing organizations

·       Preferred experience with recruiting for exempt and non-exempt manufacturing roles

·        A sense of urgency to deliver for the business while also effectively working together as part of a team

·        Proven ability to utilize innovative sourcing methods to attract and engage with a diverse pool of niche talent

·        Proactive approach and thinking outside the box

·        Ability to work independently

·        Recruitment agency experience preferred, but not required

In compliance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this position is $100-$130,000 base salary.  Please note that wage information is a general guideline only, and we will consider factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/training, key skills, and market conditions when extending an offer.
