Production Control Specialist

This role will be located at our Centennial, Colorado facility.

Role Overview:

Beehive Industries is looking for someone who has a passion for overseeing and coordinating production activities to ensure orders are moving through operations to meet our customer needs. This role will partner with the Operations and Programs teams daily to set priorities and track progress of work. This role reports directly to the Production Control Manager.  

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and oversee the production process to ensure timely delivery of orders by facilitating planning meetings, maintaining target delivery dates and setting priorities for work in departments.  
  • Maintain alignment of MES/ERP systems by ensuring work orders are issued for all demand and validating data integrity of work orders in MES.   
  • Assist in establishing and enforcing inventory control procedures.
  • Provide strong leadership and clear direction in strategic and tactical supply chain activities to support the Beehive Industries business growth.
  • Create and implement strategies to drive the improvements in the planning and scheduling of orders, while ensuring quality, cost, and delivery targets are maintained.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree is required (Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or related field).
  • 1 + years of supply management experience (aerospace or industrial industry preferred)
  • Experience, or knowledge of, data systems and analytics which can include ERP/MRP/MRP II systems
  • Strong computer skills Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Excellent people skills and adaptable to change, and strong presentation skills to present to upper management
  • Must possess a strong customer service orientation and provide dedicated support of internal customer requirements.
  • Must be a strong communicator and possess strong organizational skills, with ability to work on multiple priorities at once.
  • Must be able to work well in high pressure, fast-paced environment and be proficient at conflict resolution.

  •  Ability to execute responsibilities independently with minimal day-to-day oversight.

In compliance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this position is 55,000-75,000 base salary.  Please note that wage information is a general guideline only, and we will consider factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/training, key skills, and market conditions when extending an offer.
