Overview:                                                    

We are seeking an exceptionally skilled HR administrative professional to join our team as an HR Coordinator. This individual will facilitate our employee onboarding experience and champion culture, including opportunities for process improvements and small projects. This individual will also aid in maintaining the office space and overall facility, with executive support administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative tasks with sensitivity to confidential information, and will be able to work independently with little or no supervision. This person must be exceedingly well organized, flexible, and comfortable with the challenges of supporting a department of highly motivated people.

Duties and Responsibilities:  

·       Facilitate the new hire experience, including collaborative communication and navigation of the HR Information System

·       Facilitate onsite interview process for potential candidates

·       Lead employee engagement efforts in partnership with the HR Manager to enhance culture

·       Support day to day HR administrative tasks for the HR team, including identifying and leading process improvements

·       Plan, organize and coordinate any special projects and work activities that might come up related to the office (i.e. office expansion, external visit planning, etc.)

·       Develop and prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting for use by the executive team.

·       Effectively interact with outside customers, and staff in compliance with company policies and procedures, while maintaining professionalism and productivity.

·       Manage and coordinate all logistical details for efficient use of facility and assistance for teams on site – meeting rooms, food and beverage program, visitor log, etc.

·       Carry out copying and document assembly projects, handle mail, maintain office supply inventory, and ensure maintenance of office machines

Qualifications:

·       Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university, or one to two years of managing an office or related experience and/or training preferable.   

·       Experience handling and understanding of sensitive personnel data

·       Strong analytic skills with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Power Point, Teams, and Excel.

·       Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, positive attitude

·       Experience in inventory, distribution, and operational procedures from a manufacturing environment (preferable)

·       Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, able to act with a sense of urgency, and desire to contribute to the growth of the company.

·       Proficiency in Excel (preferable)

·       Some experience with light accounting (preferable)
